Eric De Haas
DISTRICT ROTARACT REPRESENTATIVE (DRR)
​

Eric De Haas is a Master's student at UC San Diego, where he studies International Affairs & Environmental Policy. He loves being outside, especially biking and hiking, and is always on the lookout for new hiking spots here in San Diego. As a previous UCSD Rotaract President and active me, he's very excited to continue his work in community service with Rotaract for 2025 and 2026, and looks forward to connecting with others to make the world a better place!

DISTRICT ROTARACT REPRESENTATIVE-ELECT (DRRE)​​
In this role, the DRRE must assist the DRR with their goals and purpose for the district while they train to be DRR. They will serve anytime the DRR may be absent, and will also assist the event-based Directors (Service, Vocational Service, Special Events, etc.) in organizing their events as needed. Wasi Nugsiang
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE​

Wasi Nugsiang is a Fourth-year International Business major at UC San Diego. and have been part of Rotary’s global network for 6 years, starting in Interact as a high school treasurer. At UCSD Rotaract, she's served as Secretary, then President, and now continues her passion through District 5340 as Finance Director. In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, watching movies, and is excited to keep helping Rotaract clubs grow stronger together as a district.

DIRECTOR OF RECORDS
In this role, the Director of Records serves as the source of records for the council. They will manage paperwork for council as well as district as a whole. The person in this position must have access to a laptop and can work virtually.

Emi Brennan
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

Emi Brennan is a fourth-year undergraduate student at UC San Diego studying Sociology. She's been part of Rotaract for 3 years, having been first introduced to Rotary through RYLA.  Emi is passionate about community-building, sustainability activism, and food justice work with plant-forward organizations. In her free time, Emi enjoys experimenting with new vegan recipes in the kitchen, reading memoirs, and listening to Olivia Dean.

Erin Mulligan
DIRECTOR OF SERVICE​

Erin Mulligan has been a Retractor since 2016 and is the current Co-President of Pacific Beach Rotaract. She's a nurse on a transplant floor of a local hospital. In her free time, she loves to bake, knit, and read. She's excited to join the District Council this year to represent the community-based clubs!

Sammie Frazer
CO-DIRECTOR OF EVENTS

Sammie Frazer is a San Diego State Biostatistics Masters student. She was involved in Interact during high school, which introduced her to Rotary and Rotaract. This past year she served as one of the Directors of Social Activities for SDSU Rotaract, and she's excited to be this year's Director of Events. She aims to build a strong community within the Rotaract district and hopes to do so by planning fun events for everyone.

Ethan Ho
CO-DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
Ethan Ho is a recent Psychology graduate from San Diego State University currently residing in LA. After planning last year's events, he is excited to elevate this year's on a grander and higher quality scale with Sammie. Outside of Rotary, you can find him enjoying the outdoors and being active.

Umai Aqmural
DIRECTOR OF ROTARACT AFFAIRS
Umai Aqmural is an undergraduate student at UC San Diego. As an active member of UCSD Rotaract, he's seen the club's impact in the broader community. He's grateful to have connected with wonderful people through the club, and in his role, wants to help newer and smaller Rotaract clubs build their club membership. In his free time, he enjoys singing, listening to music, and sailing.

The Vocational Service Director’s main responsibility is to educate members on the concept of vocational service and present members with opportunities to further their own professional development. The Director of Vocational Service must host at least 1 vocational service (professional development) event every 3 months. Please reach out via email for more information about this position.
