Since the 2019-2020 Rotary year, we initiate a district-wide mentorship program between Rotaractors and Rotarians. This program was started in response to many clubs hosting their own often struggling mentorship programs. We hope this new collaboration with wider pools of Rotaractors and Rotarians allows for more fruitful connections.

The duration and frequency of meetings between mentors and mentees will be determined by the pair. We encourage meeting at least once per month for 6 months. Meetings can be made virtually or in person based on the pair's preference.
